The Reed-Free Library will be holding two special activities during the school vacation,
December 25 - 29th.
Wednesday, December 27th from 10-11 a.m.,
Lori Warner will be reading The Quiltmaker's Gift by
Jeff Brumbeau.
The children will make a paper quilt to hang in the library, following the reading.
Thursday, December 28th from 2-5pm.,
children are invited to see the film - A Series of Unfortunate Events, based on the book
by Lemony Snicket. We recommend that the children be in the fourth grade or older.
A discussion of the books will follow. The Reed Free Library has over 9000 books in its current collection
consisting of both adult and juvenile fiction and non-fiction as well
